Among public sector employees who work for the general interest of society, we can find the Higher Body of State Civil Administrators and the Higher Body of State Comptrollers and Auditors. These stamps, which reproduce the official coats of arms of their respective Professional Colleges, are dedicated to both groups of professional civil servants.
The Higher Body of State Civil Administrators is a generalist department which carries out public management tasks, as opposed to the special or sector-specific departments which carry out specific roles, such as the State Lawyers Department, the Civil Engineers Department and the Sectorial Statistics Department, among others. In 1984, when the Public Sector Reform Act passed into law, it took this title and absorbed the civil servants who belonged to the Tourism Information Department and the State Civil Administration Department, the latter known by the Spanish acronym TAC. It is part of the Inland Revenue and Public Administration Ministry and its professionals carry out roles of directing, managing and supervising public policies, providing a shared framework for the Administration so as to make it easier to coordinate its various sectors. The work is carried out in Ministries, delegations and sub-delegations of the Government, the European Union and embassies. One of the Department’s features is that there are four different divisions: legal, social sciences, economic and technical.
The Higher Body of State Comptrollers and Auditors is also part of the Inland Revenue and Public Administration Ministry. It has exclusivity in functions such as: public sector economic/financial activity oversight, directing public accounting, auditing and financial control, and public revenue control. This department is responsible for preparing the General State Budgets, jobs at the Court of Auditors and reports on EU Funds, modifications to public sector surplus and deficit. The work is conducted in the State General Comptrolling Office, Comptrolling delegates in the ministries, regional governments, public bodies and international organisations.

Rate C - €1.75. For a “standard” Ordinary International letter or postcard addressed to the rest of the world (except USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand), up to 20 g.
Rate D - €2.10. For a “standard” Ordinary International letter or postcard addressed to the USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand, up to 20 g.
