Remember you need to own the rights to your image.

And that you can customise them as you wish or choose our help with our image gallery:

  • If you upload an image from your computer, the file needs to be in JPG format and up to 500 KB. In addition, the resolution needs to be over 300 dpi for optimal printing (the higher the resolution, the higher the quality of the image on the printed stamp).
  • If you choose an image from our gallery, you just have to review the different categories and select the one you like the most.

Please note that the image you upload needs to meet the acceptable content and image requirements*. Once you’ve uploaded it, we’ll email you to let you know if we have accepted it or we’ll refund the amount you paid if we can’t accept it.

For orders over €3,000 (VAT included) you’ll need to make a new order (we’ll use the same image you sent us for the first one) or get in touch with the Subdirectorate of Philately (tusello.filatelia@correos.com).

Correos guarantees that we’ll send your order using the most urgent postal service.

Of course, once the payment is processed, you may not cancel the order or request a refund for the corresponding amount.

Please remember three important aspects of this service:

  • It’s a national service.
  • You need to place a minimum order of 1 sheet.
  • They will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Frequently asked questions

What is the TUSELLO service?

It’s a service that lets you convert your images into real Correos stamps.

You can send an image and design your own stamp online or choose one from our gallery. After placing your order, your personalised stamps will be sent to you.

How many models of personalised stamps are there?

  • Panoramic stamp: 25 x 60 mm.
  • Vignette stamp: 28 x 45 mm.

Who is the TUSELLO service for?

Anyone living in the country and companies nationwide. You do not need to have a contract with Correos already.

What are the advantages of the TUSELLO service?

The main advantage is that you can personalise our stamps with your own images to make your deliveries exclusive and your gifts unique. Remember that you can use images of people on the stamps with vignette provided that the image appears on the vignette and not on the stamp.

What is the vignette on stamps with vignette?

The vignette is the white space accompanying the stamp reserved for your image. It also includes all the hallmarks unique to Correos stamps.

What postage value will the stamps have?

The postage value added to the stamps will be that of a standard letter or tarjeta postal:

  • RATE A: for “standard” ordinary letter or Tarjeta postal within Spain Ordinary (SAD): up to 20 g.
  • RATE A2: for “standard” ordinary letter or Tarjeta postal within Spain, between 20 g and 50 g.

What is a standard letter or tarjeta postal?

A standard letter or tarjeta postal is one that weighs no more than 20 g, measures between 140 and 235 mm in length, between 90 and 120 mm in height, up to 5 mm thick and is sent in a white or light coloured envelope (cream, beige or similar, except blue).

How many stamps can I order?

As many as you want. The minimum order is for one sheet. Depending on the model, a sheet contains a certain number of stamps:

  • Traditional stamp: 25 stamps.
  • Panoramic stamp: 15 stamps.
  • Vignette stamp: 20 stamps.

And if I want to place an order worth more than €3,000?

You just need to access your paid orders and buy more stamps by re-using the same order.

You can repeat the order and we will reuse the same image or you can contact directly with the Subdirectorate of Philately tusello.filatelia@correos.com

What sort of images can I use?

Any image that is not offensive, does not infringe any third-party rights and respects the rules governing people’s fundamental rights. Images of people will only be accepted on the stamps with vignette provided that the image appears on the vignette and not on the stamp.

You will also need to make sure you hold all the Reproduction and Intellectual Property rights for the image. You will be liable for any damages that may be caused to third parties.

Correos reserves the right to reject an image on any grounds. If this happens, we will give you a refund.

How will I know whether my order has been accepted or rejected?

We will send you an email as soon as your order has been accepted. Similarly, if your order is rejected, we will notify you by email to tell you the reasons and refund the full amount paid.

What image file format can I use?

Images will need to be in JPG format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and a maximum size of 500 KB.

Until when can I make changes to an image?

Up until you pay for your order.

What print quality will the stamps have?

The stamps are produced using the most advanced digital printing techniques.

How long will my stamps take to arrive?

Your stamps will reach you within 30 calendar days from the moment you place an order. However, they might arrive much sooner depending on the production process (in 5 to 7 days).

How big are the stamps?

  • Traditional stamp: 28.8 x 40.9 mm.
  • Panoramic stamp: 25 x 60 mm.
  • Vignette stamp: 28 x 45 mm.

Stamps are self-adhesive, presented in sheets of DIN A4 fluorescent paper (210 x 297 mm) and produced by the Spanish Royal Mint.

How can I order more stamps from an already complete order?

You just need to access your paid orders and buy more stamps by re-using the same order number. This type of order is much faster because the image has already been validated by Correos.

How can I use billing details that are different to my personal details?

From the “Mi Cuenta” section of Mi Oficina and always before placing the order.
